"See it through"

We learn through our interactions with others and I believe change happens through relationships. Relationships with others, as well as ourselves, are one of the most important factors of the human experience and deeply shape our development. They often serve as a catalyst for things like healing, growth, and pain. I believe in taking a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help support you as you identify the impact relationships have had on your life.
