I like to think of therapy as a gift to you. It’s a chance to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. We will utilize therapeutic approaches to make sense of your feelings and experiences, in a way that can help one grow, heal, and achieve all things you want in life. As your therapist, I take pride in cultivating a safe space to process whatever comes up for you. I enjoy working with black women and men ages 25and older. I specialize in stress management, anxiety, mindfulness, and self-esteem challenges because these are areas that require intentionality, and as minor as they may seem, can have a major impact on how we navigate the world.

Healing is a collaborative journey that requires honest caring without judgment, and I cooperatively assist my clients in clarifying their goals. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from various methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. This experience may seem like a marathon at the start, but I look forward to joining you on your wellness journey.
